RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MerryLegs, every order is carefully prepared after purchase. We need 2 to 3 business days to prepare your order before shipping. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days depending on your country or region. Our shipping times are longer because we offer free shipping with full shipping protection on every order, which you can track anytime through our website. Please note that public holidays or exceptional circumstances may slightly affect delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Because each order is prepared and shipped individually for you, we are unable to process returns simply because you changed your mind.

Returns and refunds will only be accepted in the following cases: if your product arrives broken, if it arrives damaged or in poor condition, or if your package is lost during shipping.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers purchasing from a European Union member country have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason for their decision.

Should the customer choose to exercise this right, they will be responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the product. The refund will be processed once the item has been received and verified, and will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs where applicable under current legislation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives broken, damaged, in poor condition, or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date with clear photos or videos. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. We will not be able to process any compensation after this period.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at: merrylegshelp@outlook.com
